Principal Robert K. Jenner, a national leader in the fight against dangerous prescription medicines, is the President of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and Vice-Chair of MTLA's Medical Negligence Section. Within
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), Mr. Jenner is a past Chair of ATLA's Section on Toxic, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts. He currently serves as Co-Chair of ATLA's Rezulin Litigation Group, and has
formerly served as Chair of the Baycol Litigation Group, AIDS Litigation Group, Latex Toxicity Litigation Group, and HMO Litigation Group. A prolific author, Mr. Jenner has written over 23 articles published in nationally
recognized legal and health care journals, including "Rezulin: Fast Track to Failure," Trial (July, 2000), "Litigating Against the HMO," Trial Reporter (Summer 1999) and "Putting the Gloves on to
Fight Latex Protein Toxicity Syndrome," Regulatory Affairs Focus (July 1999). In addition, Mr. Jenner is the author of the legal treatise on representing the victims of HIV acquired from defective blood products,
Transfusion - Associated AIDS (Lawyers & Judges Publishing Co., 1995).
